STEP 1/4
Boil water and sugar in a pot without stirring. When the sugar melts, turn off the heat and cool down with 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of ginger juice. Add a little cinnamon powder to your liking.

Add salt and pepper to flour and sift once, then add 3 tablespoons sesame oil and mix evenly by hand. Put it back on a sieve and knead with rice wine, ginger juice and honey. Grind peanuts in a grinder.
STEP 3/4
Roll out dough about 1cm thick, mold, and fry over low heat until browned. You can fry it over low heat until it turns brown.
