STEP 1/3
Whip 3 eggs, add sugar and salt, stir well, and pour in the eggs. Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture and mix quickly to avoid lumps. If you continue to mix for too long, the dough will become tough. Just mix it so that you can't see the raw powder roughly and bake it back and forth over low heat in a lightly greased pan. It is easy to burn with eggs, so bake over low heat.
STEP 2/3
Chop the nuts roughly, cut the bananas moderately, prepare them, put butter in the pan, stir-fry the nuts first, then add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 0.5 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, and turn off the heat right away. If you stir-fry it for a long time, the banana will crumble, so stir-fry it lightly just enough to mix it.
STEP 3/3
Place the baked pancakes on a plate, squeeze the maple syrup in zigzags, place the stir-fried nuts and bananas on a sieve and gently shake them.
