Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, put 8 cups of water, anchovies, kelp, and 2 tablespoons of refined rice wine in a deep pan and make broth for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 2/4
When the anchovy broth starts to boil, add the udon that you took a shower with hot water.
STEP 3/4
I only used the vegetables at home today. It would be great if you added crown daisy or enoki mushroom, but I omitted it.
STEP 4/4
When the soup with udon starts to boil, add minced garlic and onions and boil it again. If you think it's done, taste it, use salt and pepper properly, add green onion and red pepper, and boil it for another minute. If you want to add crown daisy or enoki mushroom, you can add it now.
