Ingredients
  • an Oreo
    1cup
  • olive oil
    20g
  • Cream cheese
    220g
  • Sugar
    60g
  • potato starch
    1.5TS
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Yogurt
    100g
  • whipped cream
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Oreo removes all the cream from the inside, puts it in a plastic bag, and gives it powder. Add olive oil and mix them evenly. Put it in a circular mold and press it hard and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Gently dissolve the cream cheese and add sugar. When the sugar melts, add plain yogurt and mix evenly. Add an egg.
STEP 3/5
Sift the starch and mix it well so that the lump doesn't form. Lastly, add whipped cream.
STEP 4/5
Place the mixed filling in a round frame with a floor sheet.
STEP 5/5
Pour plenty of water into the oven pan and bake it in a preheating oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50 to 1 hour.
