Wash the sweet potatoes clean and cut into bite-sized pieces, place them in a heat-resistant container, cover them with plastic wrap, make one or two holes with chopsticks, and cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes. I used Lock & Lock Glass oil when I used the microwave.

You have to make cream sauce while the sweet potatoes are cooked. Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat.

Add flour and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes so that it does not brown.

Add milk and bring to a boil. You have to keep stirring with a spatula to avoid lumps.

Lastly, if you season it with salt and pepper, the cream sauce is complete.

The white cream sauce is done.

Spread butter on the heat-resistant container. You can skip this. Add 1/2 sweet potato and 1/2 corn and 1/2 cream sauce.

Add the sweet potatoes and corn again and fill them with the remaining cream sauce.

Put the pizza cheese on top at the end. You must use a heat-resistant container for the oven. Glasslock is not a lock and lock product, so you shouldn't use the oven. I can use the oven using the heat-resistant container Lock & Lock Glass oil, so I used the same product in the microwave and oven.

Bake for 10 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
