Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Use a toothbrush to roughly wash the foreign substances attached to the oyster shell. And wash it roughly under running water. Put the washed oysters in a steamer and boil over medium heat with only 1/3 water. If you add too much water, it may boil and overflow later, so add a moderate amount.
STEP 2/4
It depends on the size of the pot, the amount of oysters, and the strength of the fire, but you can steam it for about 15 minutes. Rather than looking at the time. It's better to see how the oysters are cooked. Open your mouth a little bit, and then get off the fire. If it's not steamed enough, the fishy taste can evaporate and dry if it's steamed too much, so when you open your mouth properly, that's the timing!! Please hold it well.
STEP 3/4
If you open the mouth of the oyster shell that is slightly opened, you can see this chewy oyster in it. You can dip it in red pepper paste.
STEP 4/4
Or we can open oysters and make cool oyster soup. It's also very delicious to make oyster pancakes or put oysters in rice cake soup.
