Add a little bit of pepper, a little bit of salt, and a little bit of mirin to the chicken breast and mix it to salt it.After about an hour, boil it once in boiling water and wash it clean.

Add oligosaccharide and when it boils, add bamboo shoots and ginseng and boil it again..You have to boil it down until the soup is thick.

Turn it to medium heat and keep stirring so that it doesn't burn in the pan. Then, you can season it to suit your taste. When the soup is thick, remove the pan from the heat.
