  • whole wheat flour

  • Walnut
    80g
  • Water
    200g
  • cinnamon powder
    1/4ts
  • Sugar
    120g
  • Salt
    1/4ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Remove the seeds from the remaining 80g of jujube and grind 250g of soy milk in a blender.
STEP 2/5
Combine ground jujube soy milk with grape seed oil, sugar, salt and cinnamon powder.
STEP 3/5
Add the sifted powder and mix about half way.
STEP 4/5
Mix the soaked jujube and walnuts in half mixture.
STEP 5/5
Pour the dough into a pan and bake it at 180 for 30 to 35 minutes.
