Braised lotus root meatballs
Lotus roots, which are good for the body, are not as diverse as I thought. So I prepared this lotus root steamed meatball. When I made it round and boiled it in soy sauce, I liked the crunchy taste in my mouth, so children and adults liked it a lot.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Season the minced pork with salt, pepper, and rice wine.
STEP 2/11
Finely chop the lotus root that has been peeled off.
STEP 3/11
And chop the carrots, peppers or chives into small pieces. We used green peppers that are not spicy, but you can use cheongyang peppers when adults eat them.
STEP 4/11
Add 1 minced garlic, 2 bread crumbs, a little salt and pepper to the minced pork and mix evenly to make all the ingredients look good.
STEP 5/11
And after you make it into a proper size
STEP 6/11
Bake it in a heated frying pan with oil. The shape of the meatballs didn't come out as well as I thought. I held the whole frying pan and cooked it by shaking it when the meatballs were cooked properly.
STEP 7/11
Then lightly drain the kitchen towel. I think it's really good to eat one in this state. I put these two in a stick and gave them ketchup as a snack for children, but they ate it well.
STEP 8/11
First, put in a lot of ingredients and make a sauce.
STEP 9/11
Then put the sauce in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
STEP 10/11
Put the grilled meatballs in the sauce and shake them to make sure they are well seasoned.
STEP 11/11
It has lotus roots and carrots in it, so it tastes very good to chew. And the salty soy sauce went well with the meatball and tasted so good. The best part is that you can eat a lot of seasonal lotus root. I think it would be a good idea to add steamed lotus root meat to your dinner tonight as a healthy lotus root dish for your children and your family.

I thought I wouldn't eat it if the lotus root was chewed, so I cut it really finely and put it in I don't know if it's because it's salty^^ I made a lot of meatballs and frozen them, and I gave them to my sisters, and my nephews ate them so well^^
