Add 1 minced garlic, 2 bread crumbs, a little salt and pepper to the minced pork and mix evenly to make all the ingredients look good.
STEP 5/11

Bake it in a heated frying pan with oil. The shape of the meatballs didn't come out as well as I thought. I held the whole frying pan and cooked it by shaking it when the meatballs were cooked properly.
STEP 7/11
Then lightly drain the kitchen towel. I think it's really good to eat one in this state. I put these two in a stick and gave them ketchup as a snack for children, but they ate it well.
STEP 8/11
First, put in a lot of ingredients and make a sauce.
STEP 9/11

Put the grilled meatballs in the sauce and shake them to make sure they are well seasoned.
STEP 11/11
It has lotus roots and carrots in it, so it tastes very good to chew. And the salty soy sauce went well with the meatball and tasted so good. The best part is that you can eat a lot of seasonal lotus root. I think it would be a good idea to add steamed lotus root meat to your dinner tonight as a healthy lotus root dish for your children and your family.
