I used frozen mixed vegetables, so you can use vegetables at home such as carrots, onions, and paprika. Prepare by defrosting the flying fish roe, and mix all the ingredients evenly.
If you think it's bland, add a little salt. Seasoned laver and flying fish roe have a salty taste, so you don't have to season it with salt.
