Add bean sprouts when the water starts to boil. You have to adjust the amount of bean sprouts depending on the amount of ramen. For your information, you have to boil bean sprouts with a lid on it, but if you open it when it's not boiled enough, it will smell fishy, so I left it open for ten days.

If you use tongs to lift and put the noodles, the noodles meet the air and become more chewy. Bring to a boil as much as you like, about 4 minutes and 30 seconds, which is the time in the manual.

When the noodles are almost done, add the green onions, green peppers, and red peppers, boil them for a while, and finish. Depending on your preference, you can add a little bit of red pepper powder.
