  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1/2spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the octopus in salt water and rinse it in running water. And cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Put the cut octopus in a bowl, cut the onion into four pieces, and slice the green onion diagonally in a slightly thicker size.
STEP 3/5
Add the seasoning according to the amount, and mix well.
STEP 4/5
Mix the seasoning, octopus, and vegetables evenly and let them marinate for about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Put the marinated octopus in a slightly heated frying pan without adding oil and stir-fry it quickly over high heat. Octopus gets tough and tastes bad if you stir-fry it for too long. Stir-fry vegetables and octopus quickly over high heat just enough to cook.
