Stir-fried sweet potato stems
I wanted to eat stir-fried sweet potato stems, so I bought a bag of dried sweet potato stems from the Korean mart here, but it doesn't taste like Korea. But unfortunately, I tried Korean food.

Cooking Steps

I soaked a handful of dried sweet potato stems in water, but they were so dried that I soaked them for about a day and a half.

Then boil it in boiling water.
STEP 3/5
Rinse the cooled sweet potato stems in lukewarm water and cut into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry over medium heat until seasonings seep in. Rather than stir-fry the sesame seeds from the beginning, soak some soy sauce in the sweet potato stem and then stir-fry it at the end.
STEP 5/5
The delicious sweet potato stem stir-fry, it's not as soft as Korea, but it's a bit tough, but I enjoyed it
