Spicy steamed cod bean sprouts
Let's make spicy steamed dishes with plenty of bean sprouts with frozen cod pork neck!!! It's my first time to eat steamed cod, but the cod meat is light, so it's chewy, no fishy smell at all, and it's very delicious. Maybe because the fish cod is big, the meat on the neck alone is enough to make steamed dishes. It's light and soft, so I think it'll be good for children to eat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cook well defrosted cod pork neck in boiling water. When the cod is cooked to some extent, cut it moderately with scissors.

Clean the steamed bean sprouts by trimming them. Take out the cod meat and put some broth in a bowl. Put bean sprouts in the broth and cook with a lid on.

Put chopped ginger, cheongyang red pepper, green onion, and garlic in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix them evenly.
STEP 4/4
When the bean sprouts are cooked, add cod meat and seasonings and boil them over high heat. Trim water parsley, wash it clean, cut it into appropriate lengths, and put it in together. Add starch to the stock and make water starch. Pour water starch with one hand and stir quickly with a ladle in the other. This way, starch doesn't clump together. Add starch over high heat.
