Sabre cookies
The sabre that I used to like to eat when I was young.. My favorite snack... So I sometimes went to the supermarket and when I saw Sabre snacks, I remembered when I was young, so I used to buy them. But I found it while searching for foreign recipes today. It's really good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Whip sugar into room temperature butter twice. There's a lot of sugar, so it's making a fuss. Add eggs and mix well. Whipping for about 2 minutes. Whipping with vanilla extract. Sift the powder and mix well, then add sour cream (plain yogurt) and mix well. Wrap the spoon with a spoon and scoop out the batter one by one, and finish the preparation edges neatly.
STEP 2/3
Put sugar in a recessed bowl, roll the dough round top well and coat it, then press the cookie dough to flatten it. You have to put the peak in the pan. Place in pan spaced apart. I baked 9 pieces in one pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes while checking the color. When it's done, don't move it right away when you take it out, but move it after it cools down.
STEP 3/3
Then, this delicious and shiny Sabre cookie is completed.
