Cooking Steps

Lightly dissolve the soft butter at room temperature with a hand mixer and add sugar and vanilla sugar three times.

Add eggs and beat until creamy.

** Do it in advance ** 1. Place parchment paper or butter in mold 2. Place butter and eggs at room temperature for more than 30 minutes 3. Sift flour twice 4. Preheat to 180 degrees Celsius (convection: 8 minutes, normal oven 15 minutes) 5. Cut cherries and walnuts into bite-size pieces 6. Soak berries in rum for 30 minutes
