Spicy squid rice bowl

Cooking Steps

Cut the squid, onion, carrot, and green pepper into small pieces and fry them evenly in a heated pan surrounded by oil.

When squid and vegetables are cooked, add rice and seasonings and stir-fry them evenly.
STEP 3/4
Transfer the rice to a bowl and cool it to a point where you can touch it and make it round.
STEP 4/4
Roll it on bread crumbs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius. If you want to make a fried effect, you can spray cooking oil.
