Season the minced beef first. Add salt, pepper, sugar, minced garlic and sesame oil and mix well.

I used the vegetables at home. Please prepare carrots, onions, roe deer mushrooms, (you may add other mushrooms).

Add the cold rice at home and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring with a spatula. - Until the grain of rice spreads a little. When it boils to a certain extent, reduce the heat to low and add chopped vegetables. Vegetables need to be put at the end to reduce nutrient destruction. Boil the vegetables until they are cooked. Lastly, make sure to season it with soy sauce.
