Mix 2 tablespoons of omija lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar (I passed because I didn't have one), 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and a little pepper to make the sauce.
