When the dumplings are almost cooked, season them with soy sauce, slice green onions, add an egg, and boil them one more time after time. Even when boiling for two people, one egg would be enough. And if you pop a dumpling, the soup gets darker.

If you add a bit of seaweed powder as a garnish, it's salty. The hot dumpling soup is complete. It's very simple to boil with commercially available frozen dumplings.
