STEP 1/3
First, make anchovy stock. Put about 7 anchovies for soup in 3 cups of water, put a piece of kelp raccoon size, boil it for 15 minutes, and take out anchovies and kelp. (If you use the water you boiled in advance, you can take 2 to 2 and a half cups depending on the amount of dumplings.) And add frozen dumplings. Depending on the size of the dumplings, if you put 10 to 15 pieces, it will be about 1 serving.
STEP 2/3
When the dumplings are almost cooked, season them with soy sauce, slice green onions, add an egg, and boil them one more time after time. Even when boiling for two people, one egg would be enough. And if you pop a dumpling, the soup gets darker.
STEP 3/3
If you add a bit of seaweed powder as a garnish, it's salty. The hot dumpling soup is complete. It's very simple to boil with commercially available frozen dumplings. If you take out a few dumplings and add a handful of rice cake soup, it will become rice cake soup.Add more water when boiling rice cake soup.
