Curry fried rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, fold 3 tablespoons of powder curry into 2 tablespoons of warm water.
STEP 2/7
Cut the beef into 1cm cubes and season it with 1 teaspoon of folded curry.
STEP 3/7
Cut onion, green pepper, and paprika into 0.5cm pieces. In addition, you can add canned corn, carrots, broccoli, etc.
STEP 4/7
Grease the pan well and stir-fry the beef seasoned with curry.
STEP 5/7
When the meat is half cooked, stir-fry the sliced vegetables. You have to blow away the moisture when you stir-fry it, so it'll be cooked well when you stir-fry the rice.
STEP 6/7
Add rice and stir-fry well. For rice, I prefer cooked rice that is too thick. Of course, cold rice is okay.
STEP 7/7
If the rice is well fried, add the remaining curry and stir-fry well. Curry fried rice with rich taste and aroma is complete. You don't need any other side dishes for curry fried rice. It's very delicious in itself. It's good not only for a meal, but also for brunch and lunch boxes. When you pack a lunch box, it's good to add kimchi or salad.
