Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put milk, egg yolk -> sugar, salt -> strong flour, gravitational flour -> yeast into the baking machine and butter about 15 minutes after starting the dough to complete the dough. Order the completed dough in a warm place for 1 hour of the first fermentation.
STEP 2/5
When the dough is complete, circle and give it 15 minutes of medium fermentation.
STEP 3/5
Push the dough to a thickness of 1 to 1.5 cm and dip it into a doughnut-shaped mold about 3 cm in diameter within 8.5 cm in outside diameter.
STEP 4/5
Grease the parchment paper very lightly, place the dough on it, and let it ferment for 30 to 40 minutes in a warm place.
STEP 5/5
When the second fermentation is over, fry in 170-180 degrees of oil for about 1 minute each. Remove the oil from the kitchen towel and coat it with icing.
