Squid burger and squid hamburger steak
I only used the body of the squid to meet in the dish, so I only had my legs left. So, it's hard to cook with just legs, so I ground it and made hamburger steak. In addition, I made a burger. It doesn't smell and it's delicious. If you have leftover squid or if there are kids who don't eat squid and are picky, try it

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the squid, saesongi, onion, carrot, and green onion roughly, put them in a blender, add bread crumbs, cooking wine, salt, and pepper, and grind them with a pressing function. I only used 3 squid legs, but you can use the body. When using your legs, remove the squid eyes and mouth well. If you don't, you can chew the hard stuff.
STEP 2/6
The squid skin is rich in taurine, so I didn't peel it on purpose and just used it, so the color is a bit red. If it's well ground, pour olive oil in the pan and scoop it up with an ice cream scoop. Cook it well by pressing it back and forth with a spatula.
STEP 3/6
If you're done, eat it as you want or sprinkle sauce like steak sauce or mustard sauce to your taste, and you're done with squid hamburger steak.
STEP 4/6
Cut the morning bread and spread the mustard sauce. Put a little bit of chopped onion on top.
STEP 5/6
Put the squid hamburger steak patty on it and put sour or fried kimchi on it.
STEP 6/6
Put cheese on top of it and put bread on it, and that's it.
