STEP 1/6
Cut the squid, saesongi, onion, carrot, and green onion roughly, put them in a blender, add bread crumbs, cooking wine, salt, and pepper, and grind them with a pressing function. I only used 3 squid legs, but you can use the body. When using your legs, remove the squid eyes and mouth well. If you don't, you can chew the hard stuff.

The squid skin is rich in taurine, so I didn't peel it on purpose and just used it, so the color is a bit red. If it's well ground, pour olive oil in the pan and scoop it up with an ice cream scoop. Cook it well by pressing it back and forth with a spatula.

If you're done, eat it as you want or sprinkle sauce like steak sauce or mustard sauce to your taste, and you're done with squid hamburger steak.
