Making Brunch Potatoes
Brunch potatoes that I often eat for weekend brunch because it's digestible and reliable. It's great if you peel the potatoes the day before, boil them, put them in the refrigerator, and cook them briefly on the weekend morning.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the potatoes, cut them, boil them, and prepare them. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
STEP 2/5
When lightly greased pan is heated, add 1 bacon and stir-fry well.
STEP 3/5
When the bacon is golden brown, add the boiled potatoes and sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper
STEP 4/5
Press and crush the potatoes and stir-fry. When using pre-boiled potatoes, it will be easier to microwave and stir-fry them.
STEP 5/5
Put it on a plate and sprinkle parsley powder or nuts, and it's done!!!
