STEP 5/7
Add minced garlic, 2 spoons of refined rice wine, 1/2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of sea-ship sauce, 1/2 spoons of pepper, sugar, and sesame oil to the sauce and squeeze the boiled pork.
STEP 6/7
When it boils, pour it on. The more you pour on it, the more glossy it is, the prettier the color is. The meat tastes even. At the end, I cut the onions into bite-size pieces and squeezed them a little more. Until the onion is crunchy enough.
STEP 7/7
Blanch the bean sprouts. If you like crunchy food, blanch it. If you don't like the smell of bean sprouts or if you want to feel more of the seasonings of green onion meat, blanch it a little more.
