Chop the octopus with a blender, chop the green onion, add egg whites, cooking wine, and season it with herb salt to make dumpling filling.

Mix the noodles using a spoon. Dumpling filling is getting sticky. To make the dumpling filling soft, I made the octopus dumpling filling tough and it became dough like porridge. If you want to make the dumpling filling plump, chop the octopus with a knife and drain the octopus and green onion completely with a kitchen towel.

Hold the wrinkles of the dumpling skin in the shape of a lucky bag and tie it with blanched chives in the middle. Put water in a pot, put a steamer on it, place a cloth cloth on it, place it on top, and place the dumplings on top of it.
