Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6

STEP 2/6
Roll dough long, roll from bottom to top, roll end of dough and pinch.
STEP 3/6
Gently push the dough with your hands and press the ends wide to roll it into a donut shape and stick it well.
STEP 4/6
Place the molded bagel dough on parchment paper and ferment in a warm place for 40 to 50 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Add water, baking soda, and honey to blanch, then simmer until fermented bagels are lifted and parboiled quickly for 10 seconds, respectively.
STEP 6/6
Drain and bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for about 15 minutes.
It's an onion bagel, so it's sweet. If you don't have onion powder, you can add water after you stir-fry onion juice or onion and drain it.
