When frying clothes, it is good to use starch: flour = 3:1. They're making batter by rubbing it with their hands. If you do this, the air in the dough disappears, so it's good. Put the shrimp into the batter and knead it. You can do that as if the batter and shrimp are a bunch. They say it's good to make the dough hard when frying seafood and make the dough hard when frying meat. Fry in oil preheated to 170 degrees. Place the fried shrimp in a net and drain the fat.
STEP 7/7
When the shrimp is all fried, put it in the sauce you made before and mix it. And before putting it in a bowl, it's good to add a little bit of chili oil.
