Chewy honey tteokbokki
Those who are unable to deal with it because there is a piece left, children and adults who don't eat rice cakes will also eat it well.

사과향기
Ingredients
  • olive oil
    little
  • an almond slice
    little
  • Honey
    1T
  • thick soy sauce
    1/2ts
  • Sesame oil
    1/2ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the slices in half to make them edible. I used defrosted rice cake served in the freezer. If you don't have a slice, fry or grill the rice tteokbokki in plenty of oil.
STEP 2/5
Add a little olive oil to the pan and bake until golden brown. It's made of rice, so it has a good texture when grilled or fried in oil.
STEP 3/5
Add the sauce, mix it well, and put it on fire
STEP 4/5
Add the baked rice cake and mix well over high heat for a while. If you leave it on high heat for too long, it'll burn, so just do it for a second. The sauce has sesame oil in it, so you can mix it before it boils. I added a little bit of soy sauce to make it colorful.
STEP 5/5
It's better if you sprinkle some crushed peanuts or almonds like me.
