Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and chop them finely. Chop up the onions. Add 1 spoon of olive oil to pan (do not add as much as possible) and stir-fry the sauce. Continue to simmer over low heat.
STEP 2/5
In the meantime, remove the color of the eel with a kitchen towel and coat it with starch powder when it is somewhat dry.
STEP 3/5
Coat with starch thoroughly and fry in oil as soon as starch is applied. When frying, fry at 170 degrees. Place on a kitchen towel to drain the fat.
STEP 4/5
Boil the marinade to a point where it has a slight thickening. Put the oily eel in the sauce and boil it down a little more over low heat until the seasoning is cut.
STEP 5/5
It's done.
