STEP 1/3
Spread the honey moderately on each side of the bread. I took only two of the four pictures, but I can't see the honey well. And sprinkle a moderate amount of cinnamon powder. If you don't like cinnamon, you can skip it.
STEP 2/3
Place parchment paper or paper foil in an oven pan and place bread on top and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. If you have a toaster, you can grill it. Or bake well in a non-greasy pan over low heat. The side with honey can be a little moist because of the honey, so don't grill it too hard. Then, spread jam thinly on the non-honey side and layer two slices of bread. There's no picture of me overlapping two slices of bread. Sorry
STEP 3/3
Apple jam suits me the best, but I just put on strawberry jam because I'm not home. It's sweet if you put too much jam because you put honey on the bread. Keep that in mind. And cut two slices of bread that overlap like a sandwich into bite-size pieces and you're done. I cut it diagonally and cut it into quarters.
