Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash quince well in water. Cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut it into 3 or 4 pieces and cut it into pieces. I sliced it thinly.
STEP 2/3
You don't put sugar all at once, but put sugar in between and measure it. Stack quince-sugar-quince in order.
STEP 3/3
You can keep it in a bin until the sugar is completely dissolved and boil the quince tea.
