  • the head of a team

  • Sugar

  • crushed garlic
    2T
  • leek
  • dried red pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash clams cleanly with good seaweeds. You have to fry the skin, so please wash it with special care.
STEP 2/4
Grease a pan with oil and stir-fry garlic, dried red pepper, soy sauce, and sugar to mix well with oil.
STEP 3/4
