STEP 1/7
Sift the flour and rye flour. Place in a bowl, add sugar, salt and baking powder and mix lightly by hand. Add grape seed oil and water, please.
STEP 2/7
Add 1 egg and condensed milk and mix until dough is in one lump, place in plastic and leave in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
STEP 3/7
Beat the dough from the refrigerator until smooth on the surface for about 1 minute. I cut it into 7 pieces, but I think it'll be more comfortable if it's smaller. Place one dough on the cutting board and use both hands to push it long and cut it 3cm long.
STEP 4/7
Place cooking oil in pan and heat up. When the temperature is right, add the batter and fry until golden brown. It's fried so nicely that it's brown.
STEP 5/7
Do not stir with sugar, water, and honey; bring to a boil and order caramelization. When it is slightly boiled, add grape seed oil and mix well..
STEP 6/7
Chop the peanuts into small pieces. I prepared sliced almonds at home. Add the prepared nuts to the syrup and mix with the fried dough. Or mix fried dough with syrup and coat with nuts.
STEP 7/7
Peanuts and almonds got on the dough well, so it's pretty. There's no crunch like Matdongsan. It's Matdongsan that kind of feels like bread.
