Making chili tuna

  • red pepper paste
    4spoon
  • Ketchup
    3spoon
  • Starch syrup
    1spoon
  • Sesame
    2spoon
  • black sesame
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please trim the vegetables.
STEP 2/7
Place the oil in the tuna can in a concave pan. I used canned tuna oil instead of oil. If you have a lot of vegetables, you can use both cans of oil. If you think the amount of vegetables is small, you can use one can of canned food
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry firm vegetables (carrots, potatoes) in tuna oil. Stir-fry carrots and potatoes until cooked at least 70%.

When the carrots and potatoes are cooked, stir-fry the soft ingredients (onions, broccoli).
STEP 5/7
Add 4 red pepper paste, 3 ketchup, and 1 starch syrup to the stir-fried vegetables and stir-fry them over medium heat.

Stir-fry seasoned vegetables over low heat as if mixing tuna. You have to put up a spatula and mix it so that the tuna doesn't get lumpy

Lastly, turn off the heat and mix sesame and black sesame
