  • oyster mushroom
    120g
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • a real wave
    2ea
  • Garlic
    3piece
  • Water
    40ml
  • shredded red pepper

  • Oyster sauce
    1TS
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5TS
  • potato starch
    1TS
  • Sesame oil
    1ts
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu into bite-size pieces, drain, and season with salt beforehand.
STEP 2/5
Grease a heated pan with plenty of oil and bake tofu back and forth until golden brown. When done, place tofu on a kitchen towel and remove grease.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry minced garlic in the pan where tofu is baked, then stir-fry oyster mushroom and spicy oyster sauce.
STEP 4/5
Add water and bring to a boil, then add thick soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.
STEP 5/5
Add the washed green onions and starch water and stir-fry them quickly. Place baked tofu on a plate, top with oyster mushroom, and sprinkle with seasoning. Put a little bit of red pepper on top.
