Ingredients
  • Eggs
    65g
  • almond
    30g
  • Soft flour
    220g
  • cocoa powder
    20g
  • almond
  • Butter
    180g
  • Sugar powder
    120g
  • Vanilla powder
    2g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, remove to room temperature and mix with sifted sugar powder in softened butter.
STEP 2/6
Add eggs and mix.
STEP 3/6
Finally, add the sifted powder (thin flour, almond powder, cocoa powder) and mix.Add the powder ingredients and mix with a spatula as if cutting the dough.
STEP 4/6
Mix it until you can't see the powder, and the batter is done.
STEP 5/6
Place the finished dough in a piping bag with a circular pod and squeeze it round. It's a little spread, so you have to squeeze it at a certain interval.
STEP 6/6
Finally, dab the roasted whole almonds one by one on top of the dough. If you don't put it in well, the almonds will fall off after baking, so stick it in deep. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 180 oven.
