Cooking Steps

Parboil the chamnamul a little and wash it, then a little bit of sesame oil. Sesame oil.Add salt and season it. If you don't have chamnamul, you can use spinach or water parsley. I'll also prepare the egg garnish.

Put carrots, chamnamul, and squid on top of dried seaweed and roll them. It's not easy to make dried seaweed because it's small. I'll do my best.

Put a sheet of eggplant on the seaweed foot and put two seaweed rolls on top of it, then coat the tip of the eggplant with red pepper paste and roll it so that it sticks well. You have to cut it carefully to make it look pretty.
