Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In a baking machine, add milk, water -> salt, sugar -> strong flour -> yeast, start kneading, add butter 15 minutes later, and complete the dough.
STEP 2/6
When the dough is complete, place it in a temperature of about 30 degrees and let it ferment for 1 hour.
STEP 3/6
Divide the dough about 70g each and circle it and allow 15 minutes of bench time.
STEP 4/6
Roll the dough round and let it ferment for 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Blanch ham and broccoli, and boil and cut eggs during secondary fermentation.
STEP 6/6
When the second fermentation is complete, press the middle of the dough lightly, place ham, broccoli, and eggs on top, sprinkle with honey mustard, and sprinkle with herb or parsley powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
