Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Vinegar 1: plum extract 1/2: salt 1/2 I didn't like it too sweet, so I added a little plum extract without sugar.
STEP 2/3
Put smoked salmon bought at the mart in Cheongju to remove the fishy smell.
STEP 3/3
Put wasabi on the rice and salmon. That's it.
