STEP 1/8
I kneaded it with a baking machine. When it is roughly lumped together, add olive oil and turn the baking machine to make a dough like a baby bumpkin. After the dough is done, it is about 600g, but divide it by 300g and ferment the white dough right away.
STEP 2/8
Fold the cocoa powder into the half-removed dough, knead it again, and add fermentation right away. Put it in another bowl and first fermentation.
STEP 3/8
Please check if it's fermented well with the belly button test.
STEP 4/8
Remove the gas from the fermented dough and divide it into two pieces and let it ferment for about 10 minutes. Make sure to cover it with wet cotton cloth.
STEP 5/8
After the interim presentation, beat out the gas and shape it. I'll make the sheep. Roll long (to fit into the bread mold) with a rolling pin, roll from right to left, and end well. Make all four doughs the same.
STEP 6/8
Place the white manjuk and chocolate dough together and twist them together like a twist. Fold it well at the end, and when you're done with two, twist the two together again and put them in a bread mold.
STEP 7/8
Place butter or oil well in a bread mold. To make it come off well later on. If you put it in the bread mold, it's the second fermentation. The secondary fermentation takes effect until it reaches 80% to 90% of the height of the mold without looking at the time.
STEP 8/8
It's good to put milk or egg water on top. I didn't put anything on and baked it. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
