Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Put 1 cooking oil and 1 chili powder together in a non-heated pot and stir-fry them over low heat. If you heat the pan, it burns easily if you stir-fry cooking oil and red pepper powder together. Add cooking oil and red pepper powder directly over very low heat and stir-fry it so that the red pepper powder and cooking oil mix well.

Then, add the sliced squid and stir-fry it.

Add a spoonful of salted shrimp to determine the taste of soft tofu stew.

Stir-fry salted shrimp so that it mixes well with the ingredients.

Add 1 cup of anchovy broth.
