  • rye
    50g
  • Sugar

  • Salt
    1ts
  • East
    2/3ts
  • Water
    170g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I put water, sugar, salt, flour, rye powder, and strong flour in order and kneaded them in the baking machine.
STEP 2/7
Cut it into 6 pieces and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
STEP 3/7
Push it long with a rolling pin.
STEP 4/7
If you push it like this, stick it on like a pinch.
STEP 5/7
You have to make it look like this with both ends.
STEP 6/7
Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds.
STEP 7/7
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 12 minutes.
