STEP 1/12
Please prepare the green and red peppers in small pieces. You can use bell peppers or paprika instead of peppers.
STEP 2/12
Prepare frozen flat dumplings by blanching them in boiling water. If you put it in an egg roll while it's frozen, it might not be fully cooked, so I blanched it in advance.
STEP 3/12
Put the eggs in a bowl and strain them 3 to 4 times to remove the string. You can make a smooth egg roll by sifting it through a sieve.
STEP 4/12
Mix the chopped crimson peppers well in the sifted egg water. I put 1/3 of the filtered egg water separately in a bowl and rolled the outer part of the egg roll gel.
STEP 5/12
Grease a heated pan slightly and wipe the oil with a kitchen towel to keep the pan slightly oily, and from now on, keep the heat at a minimum low. Pour in 1/3 egg water mixed with chilies.
STEP 6/12
Place the blanched flat dumplings on top of it.
STEP 7/12
Lift the end of the egg roll slightly and place it on top of the dumpling.
STEP 8/12
Roll the eggs carefully.
STEP 9/12
When the egg is finished, grease the pan again with a kitchen towel and pour the remaining 1/3 of the egg mixture again and repeat the above process. In summary, oil the pan and 1/3 egg water oil instead of egg water oil after 1/3 egg water oil and 1/3 egg water.
STEP 10/12
I rolled the outside with the egg water without chili peppers that I took out from the top.
STEP 11/12
Let's make spicy and sour sauce now. Put all the sauce ingredients above in a pot and simmer slightly.
STEP 12/12
Rolled omelet is done.
