Sausage stew (soybean paste)
I made a simple stew that's good for dieting with what I have at home. I don't eat rice when I'm on a diet, so I tend to put in a lot of vegetables and eat deliciously and maintain my weight when I make stew or other kinds of dishes.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    100g
  • Ham
    1/2ea
  • Bean sprouts
  • leek
  • Flour
  • Anchovy
  • Soy sauce
    1T
  • Soybean paste
    1/2T
  • red pepper paste
    1/2T
  • Starch syrup
    1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1/4T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil anchovies, doenjang, and red pepper paste in boiling water for 10 minutes
STEP 2/5
Cut tofu and ham into small pieces
STEP 3/5
Grill half of the ham and put it on a plate
STEP 4/5
Dip half of tofu in flour and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/5
After 10 levels, take out anchovies, add the remaining tofu, ham, and bean sprouts. Add soy sauce sesame seed starch syrup, boil it for another 5 minutes, and add a little green onion. It's over!
Have a good meal ~^^
If you put a lot of bean sprouts in place of rice, it's a delicious and simple dish for dieting.
