Cooking Steps

Please prepare the bread.

I need only three slices of bread. Slice it into bite-size pieces.

Place bread in a container (or mold/muffin parchment paper, etc.) to fit in the oven. You don't have to fill it up. You can put it in roughly flat.

Place eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well. And mix in the honey. Then add a little salt and sugar and mix well. If you want something sweet, add some more sugar and 1/2T will do. If you don't have honey, you can replace it with sugar. (Enough)

Carefully pour the egg milk water over the bread in the container. Don't pour it all at once, but carefully pour it around so that it gets wet in the bread. If you have prepared 2 or 3 molds, please distribute the egg mixture well and add it. You don't have to fill it up.

When ready, place in a cookie pan or a wide square pan and place in the oven.

Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in the preheated oven. It's usually different from oven to oven, so if the top looks yellowish, take it out when it looks crispy.
