Stir-fried potatoes
When I was young, one of the side dishes on the table was stir-fried potatoes. I think it was one of the side dishes that I didn't get tired of. It is a stir-fried potato that makes it pretty and simple to try by adding crispy and sweet paprika to light and savory potatoes.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Peel and shred the potatoes. You have to soak the potato salad in water to remove the starch so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Shred the ingredients and blanch the ham in hot water. Drain potatoes without starch with kitchen towel.
STEP 2/3
Grease a well-heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the drained potato.
STEP 3/3
When it's fried enough, add onions and stir-fry a little, then add ham and paprika and stir-fry together. And season with salt. Cover briefly over low heat and cook. Sprinkle sesame salt at the end.
