Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
For 300g of minced beef, put 2 cheongju first and marinate it for a while. I only used beef, but you can use beef and pork half and half.
STEP 2/6
Place the meat on a kitchen towel and drain the blood by pressing it down. If you soak it in Cheongju in advance and drain the blood, you can eat meat with a clean taste that doesn't smell bad.

Chop onions, bell peppers, carrots, and green onions, put the bloodless meat and minced vegetables in a bowl, and put the rest of the meat seasoning ingredients, minced garlic 1, salt 0,3, pepper 0.2, ginger juice or powder 0.2, and sesame oil 1.
STEP 4/6
Shape the kneaded dough into bite-sized shapes, coat it evenly with flour and pat off the rest of the flour on the meatballs so that it does not clump together.
STEP 5/6
Dip flour-coated in egg mixture. You just need to season the eggs with a little salt.

Grease a heated pan and fry it on medium heat until golden brown. Depending on your preference, you can make meatballs bland and serve them with seasoned soy sauce.
