Slice 1/4 duck into bite-size pieces, and shred 1/2 onion (medium) into thin slices. Slice broccoli into appropriate sizes, slice 3 whole garlic, and cut carrots into appropriate sizes.

When the duck is baked, add all the prepared vegetables, including sliced garlic, onions, broccoli, and carrots, and salt.Add a bit of pepper and stir-fry it
