Cooking Steps

Add all the seasoning ingredients to the minced beef ribs and pat it until it is sticky. You can mince the beef ribs or mince them yourself. For sugar, you can use it by dissolving it in soy sauce or cooking wine in advance.

Place it on a pan with foil and oil on it, apply cooking oil to the top, and bake it in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for about 20 minutes. The condition is different for each oven, so adjust the temperature time. It's fun to bake in an oven, but when I put cooking oil on the top, it's glossy. It doesn't matter if you bake it in a frying pan even if it's not an oven. Instead, you need to be careful not to burn the outside and cook the inside well, so the shape should be a little flat.
I don't like splashing oil, so I baked it in the oven, but it doesn't matter if it's made like a meatball and baked in a pan.
